What we will talk you out of
Roofing over the old shingles. A replacement when a forty-dollar pipe boot would hold. Standing seam metal if you are selling inside eight years. Gutter guards bundled silently into a quote.
And any arrangement involving your deductible, which under Oklahoma law a roofing contractor may not pay, waive or absorb. If somebody offers, that is the most useful thing they will ever tell you about themselves.
